  • Annual agreements with the University of Minnesota 1989-2012, for the development of the academic program Minnesota Studies in International Development (MSID).
  • Convention with the Consortium of Washington State Universities 1994.
  • Member of the Coordinating Committee for the defense of the Mangrove Ecosystem (CONDEM) 1998.
  • Agreement with the University of Minnesota, the Fulbright Commission and Programs 2002 to develop Spanish curricula for kindergarten, primary and secondary schools, oriented around understanding Latin American realities, with the participation of primary and secondary teachers from the state of Minnesota.
  • Letter of Agreement with the Pan American Health Organization and World Health Organization 2002 for the improvement of local capacities in Canton Pedro Moncayo, Cantonal Health and Development Councils to improve and better manage comprehensive health activities.
  • National Technical Consultancy with the European Union for a program supporting the health sector in Ecuador, 2004 with the mission to identify and formulate a proposal with the European Union as part of a cooperation agreement with the Government of Ecuador in order to reduce segmentation as part of the process of structural reform of the health system.
  • Co-financing agreement between the Foundation for Science and Technology (FUNDACYT) and Fundación CIMAS del Ecuador 2006 for the project "Impact of Exposure to Pesticides in the Canton of Pedro Moncayo".
  • Agreement with Ministry of Economic and Social Commission for the "Project of Organic Garden Occupational Therapy Workshops, which aims to implement an organic garden in the day center of the parish of Tocachi", 2007.
  • Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Pichincha Province and CIMAS del Ecuador Foundation 2007 to share experiences gained during the activities in the different fields of social participation that deal with health.
  • Letter of Agreement with the Pan American Health Organization / World Health Organization 2007 - 2008, for the implementation of the Operational Plan 2007 of the Council of Health of the Canton Pedro Moncayo.
  • Agreement with the Ministry of Public Health 2008, for joint action to provide and carry out health services, research, teaching and training.
  • Agreement with the Quito Valle Interoceánico Rotary Club 2008, for the development of a monitoring process for the proper use of donations made to equip the Alternative Centers of Health Promotion and Development (CAPSYD).
  • Letter of Agreement with the Pan American Health Organization / World Health Organization 2009. , to support the development of activities of the Health Council of the Canton Pedro Moncayo, consolidation of social policies of the canton and participatory analysis of the status of community, district and county health based on the Georeferenced Local Community Health System (SILC), designed by Fundación Cimas.
  • Academic Consulting contract with the University of Cuenca 2009, for academic support for research projects in "Methodology for the Process of Data Collection in Prevalence Studies," aimed at researchers from the Research Program "Improving the Early Intervention in Children Aged 0 to 5 years old who have Developmental Disorders. Cuenca 2008-2011 ".
  • Contract with the Consejo Provincial de Pichincha (Pichincha Province Counsel) 2010 to facilitate, develop and systematize the update of Participatory Development Plans and Territory Regulations of the rural districts of Malchinguí, Tocachi, La Esperanza and Tupigachi, 2010, under Ecuador’s new legal framework (Constitution, Organic Law of Land Management, Autonomy and Decentralization COOTAD, SENPLADES guidelines and National Plan “Buen Vivir”).
  • Agreement with Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion for the "Comprehensive Care Program for Older Adults of the Districts of Tocachi and Malchinguí in the Canton Pedro Moncayo", 2010.

  • Letter of Agreement between the Food and Agriculture Organization of United Nations (FAO) and Fundación CIMAS 2011 to incorporate agricultural variables in the Local Community Information System (SILC), developed by the Fundación CIMAS, in order to establish intervention projects demanded by Development and Territorial Regulation Plans.
  • Letter of Agreement for Interagency Collaboration between Adopt-a-Village and Fundación CIMAS 2011 to develop community projects and the facilitation of free medical and dental brigades in Canton Pedro Moncayo.
  • Agreement with the University of Minnesota (College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resources Sciences) and White Earth Tribal and Community College 2011 for the development of an intercultural exchange program of ancestral knowledge between Indigenous Peoples and Nationalities of Ecuador and Minnesota within a curriculum developed by Fundación Cimas.
  • Agreement with Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion for the "Program of Comprehensive Care of 350 Elderly persons in the Districts of Tocachi and Malchinguí, Canton Pedro Moncayo," 2011.
